This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

Thank you for the interest in the 14th annual Rockford Summer Slam.  Here are the details:

 

When: July 21-23, 2023

Where: Northview High School

Format: 4-game guarantee.
Pool play on Friday and Saturday to  single-elimination bracket on Sunday.

Divisions: 
9u/10u
11u/12u
13u/14u
15u/16u 
 

Cost: $495 (no gate/admission fee)

 

Online payment is preferred, but checks can be mailed and made out to ROCKFORD SOFTBALL
